• Mocku.co allows users to upload screenshots and generate device mockups using AI-powered technology.

• Free users receive 5 credits at registration.

• Additional credits may be purchased in packages of 10, 20, 50, or 100.

• Credits may be used for mockup generations or image upscaling. One credit equals one operation.

• Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may expire after [define period, pl. 12 months].

3. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Upload or generate pornographic, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, discriminatory, or illegal content.

• Infringe on intellectual property rights by uploading copyrighted materials without permission.

• Attempt to bypass security measures or interfere with the operation of the Service.

We use automatic filtering systems to strictly detect and block prohibited content. Accounts violating these rules may be suspended or terminated without refund.

4. Payment and Billing

• Payments are processed securely by Polar.sh. We do not store payment card details.

• All fees are displayed at checkout and are payable in advance.

• Prices may change over time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated pricing.

• Refunds are only provided if required by law or at our sole discretion.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• You retain ownership of the screenshots and images you upload.

• By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process the images solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

• Generated mockups belong to you, subject to third-party rights (e.g., device likenesses, logos, or trademarks).

• You may not claim ownership of the Service, its software, or branding.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Our hosting is provided by Lovable.dev.

• Database and storage are handled by Supabase.com.

• Payments are processed by Polar.sh.

• These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or upload prohibited content.

• Upon termination, you lose access to your account, credits, and generated content. No refunds will be issued unless required by law.
